Phase 1: Discovering What You Truly Want
In this phase of the coaching, we will develop more clarity about what you REALLY want in your heart of hearts.
Phase 2: Exploring the Symptoms of Self-Sabotage
In phase two, we will explore the ways that the self-sabotaging behaviors present themselves.
Phase 3: Facing with Uncomfortable Emotions
In this phase of the coaching, you’ll develop the courage and emotional regulation skills to face your negative emotions (avoiding these is a COMMON reason for Self-Sabotage.
Phase 4: Developing a Symbiotic Relationship with Yourself
In phase four, you will learn how to attune to yourself and your nature so that you can “tame your inner animal” and train yourself to follow your own directives.
Phase 5: Creating an Integrated Action Plan
Once you know what you want and you’ve become aware of why you’re self-sabotaging, the final phase is to create and execute an action plan towards achieving your goals that integrates what you’ve learned.
