Note: You can choose either a 1-hour session and at 1.5-hour session.

In a Shadow Work Tarot reading, I use my own personal Tarot spread to facilitate exploration of the shadow.

Through the images and meanings of the cards and through interactive dialogue, the querent and I find the Primary Shadow Aspect. This is the part of the shadow that is going to be most focused on in the session.

From there, we explore into different questions like “Why was this part cast into the shadow?” and “What is the first step toward reintegrating this aspect?”

In the 1.5 hour extended version of the session, we also go the Primary Resistance Aspect, which is another shadow aspect with competing needs that compounds the suppression of the Primary Shadow Aspect.
